Refund and Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation of ServiceIf you wish to cancel your subscription to our software services, you can do so by logging into you account, navigating to the "Settings" page, then "Billing" tab and clicking on the "Cancel" button. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further billing will occur after this period.
2. Refund PolicyZaka Technologies (Pty) Ltd does not offer refunds for any subscription fees or other charges already paid. This includes both partial and full periods of service that you may not utilise after cancellation.
All payments made for the services rendered are final. By subscribing to our services, you agree that all fees are non-refundable.
3. Termination by Zaka Technologies (Pty) LtdZaka Technologies (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
4. Modifications to the PolicyZaka Technologies (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you and will take effect upon your continued use of our services.
